Bo Jayatilaka is a physicist with Fermilab’s Scientific Computing Division who joined the OSG user support team as a production analyst in March of this year. Prior to working at Fermilab, Bo was a postdoctoral fellow at Duke University conducting research at the CDF and ATLAS experiments. Since starting as an employee at Fermilab in 2012, he has worked on long-term data preservation as well as doing physics data analysis for the Fermilab CDF experiment. While continuing his physics work, in his new role for the OSG, Bo is working on analyzing the opportunistic ecosphere of the OSG, and, in turn, devising strategies to expand it. He has a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Michigan.
