Grid Support and Operations
Open Science Grid has implemented a distributed structure of support among the Virtual Organizations (VO), Resource Providers (RP), Grid Service and Technology Providers, and the OSG Grid Operations Center (GOC). Operational support of users and VO workload is the responsibility of the VOs, provided through designated Support Centers.

Support info
Users - if you are using the Open Science Grid you should have good contact with your Virtual Organization and Support organizations.
Administrators of resources and services. Resources (sites) sorted by Support Center.
Support Centers - these are the organizations registered as part of the OSG Operations. As part of the distributed OSG Operations, each support center helps an indentified set of VOs resource administrators.
VOs - Help for those people administering or supporting Virtual Organization services and infrastructures.

Open issues and problems with the OSG production grid are reviewed at the weekly Monday operations meeting. View the open tickets .
Improvements to the operational infrastructure and development of procedures is carried out as the Operations Activity. Oversight of this area of grid operations and support is carried out by the Support Centers Technical Group.
